Shipping policy

Small parcels (under 2kg) will be sent by Royal Mail.  

Large parcels (up to 20kg) will be sent by Parcelforce Express 48 for a fully tracked service.

Furniture will be transported via one of our own trusted furniture couriers. We charge a flat rate of £58.50 for items being delivered to mainland England and Wales. For Ireland and the Highlands please get in touch with us for an accurate quote before purchase. Some of our couriers work alone so will need help unloading larger items. If you need a 2 person team please let us know before purchase as an additional charge may apply. Under normal conditions we aim to have your item delivered within 2 weeks of purchase. This is subject to your availability to receive the item and the availability of the courier.
